Had 4 watches with "forever" batteries installed 3 years ago. All died about the same time. Replaced today with great service, cleaned one and found a nice replacement band for another. Also found a nice piece of discontinued James Avery jewelry for my wife for our upcoming anniversary. Really love this place. Thank you!

Took in my daughter’s watch for a band. They had one in stock. While checking, I asked about a replacement crystal for my watch. To my surprise, no 2 week wait to send it off. The rep said to leave it with him for 1-1/2 hours and check back. I came back early and both watches were ready. Fast, convenient, and customer friendly. I would recommend them.

Excellent work. I went in to adjust my watch bracelet and the service provide was quite exquisite and professional. I’m very satisfied with the work quality and the price is also very fair.

After reading reviews, I decided to make the 30 minute drive south to get my engagement ring and wedding band re-sized. Totally worth it. Both fit beautifully now and were cleaned and polished before being returned. You can’t tell any work was done to them and it took less than 2 hours. Amazing experience and I will definitely come here for any future jewelry repair needs.
