My recent visit to Fast Fix Baybrook left me overwhelmingly satisfied. From the common courtesy to the excellent customer service. I was informed that both of my watches would be fixed within 30 minutes. To my surprise, I received a text message approximately within 13 minutes stating that both watches are ready for me to pick up. Upon my arrival the service technician informed me that I have a lifetime battery replacement warranty that I forgot about. He was happy to inform me that I’ll have a decrease in my total amount due. The overall experience I had from Fast Fix Baybrook made this my #1 service shop…..Great job!

I took old family gold and had a family crest signature ring created for my husband of 44 years. My name, his children and grandchildren’s children’s names were engraved inside. The only problem will be who will inherit it. My husband said it was the best present he had ever received. I highly recommend Fast fix as an excellent jewerly store, and the excellent jeweler Sara.

Had to get my engagement ring resized ASAP and fast fix couldn’t have done it better. The ring was done in under 24hrs for a good price and excellent craftsmanship. I was very nervous trusting anyone with my ring but I am so glad I did! Staff was professional and kind. Highly recommend.

Had ring cleaned and watch battery replaced within 30 min on a busy Saturday! All involved were fast, efficient, and friendly. I would like to give a HUGE thank you and shine a spotlight for James who took extra steps with a special piece of my jewelry. He took time out of his busy schedule to extend to me his expertise about diamonds so that my concerns about a past job done at a different business on my jewelry was properly executed.
