This store was recommended by a Macy's employee. My first time in the store. The beautiful lady greeted me with a smile and explained the pricing for the battery needed for my watch. Ten minutes later, I walked out with my watch repaired. The repair was quick, and they provided very good customer service. I will return when needed and I will refer them to others.

I had the battery replaced on my Movado, it took about 10 minutes. Very prompt and courteous service! I would highly recommend.

The staff was very friendly and worked it out on prices. No trying to up sale anything like be pushy like other jewelers do. Love everything about them! Total recommend. They fixed my wife ring that was totally missing 2 stones.

I took old family gold and had a family crest signature ring created for my husband of 44 years. My name, his children and grandchildren’s children’s names were engraved inside. The only problem will be who will inherit it. My husband said it was the best present he had ever received. I highly recommend Fast fix as an excellent jewerly store, and the excellent jeweler Sara.
