I went to this quaint little store looking for an appraisal for some vintage jewelry I had inherited. I was greeted by a kind man who told me that Sara would be with me for my appraisal in a moment. While we waited, I browsed the store looking at embellished pill boxes, crystal figurines, charms and other jewelry. I could tell everything in there was high quality! Sara greeted us soon after. I enjoyed her wit, and the fact that she was supposed to be leaving work soon but chose to take her time out for an appraisal (for which she did not intend to charge me) really impressed me. I could tell she loves what she does! She gave us her expert advice and while some was disappointing, she delivered it well, and even gave me extra advice as to where I could take the costume jewelry for a further appraisal. I was looking at the beautiful rings, and when she asked if she could help us further, my husband asked if they could do sizing. Then he said “For her” (meaning me)! Sara fitted my finger, then referred us to Malver, who helped me choose and make alterations to a ring they had in the display case. When my husband and I married, he was working overseas in Japan. When I flew to Japan to be with him, I lost my engagement ring somewhere between the US and my destination. Luckily, I still had my wedding ring, but I was devastated over this loss. So this was a huge deal for me! Malver and Sara were so helpful, their store was so welcoming, and the entire experience was so much more than I was expecting when I walked in. Thank you, Fast Fix, Sara and Malver!
The customer service was top notch! Brain was very helpful and kind. My piece came out beautifully. The craftsmanship was exceptional and they had it done in just a couple hours! When I picked up the piece Damien helped me, he was super informative and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone!!
I brought in a gold bracelet that I literally just purchased out the country a couple days back. The box clasp was loose. It was a brand new piece of jewelry and I bought it the day before going back to the states so I couldn’t get the jewler there to fix it on time. I came to fast fix to ask for a quote to tighten the clasp. The worker took a look, walked to the back for 5 seconds and came back with it tightened and fully secured without charging me. I was so happy to get it fixed! Great customer service. I have another bracelet with a broken clasp I’ll gladly pay for to get done here next 🙂 thanks so much!!
The clasp on my sterling silver Medic Alert bracelet was broken. I took it to Fast-Fix and they were able to repair it in about 2 hours. When I picked it up, it had been polished and looked brand new. Everyone working in the store were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely visit again and also refer my friends. Thank you!
I took old family gold and had a family crest signature ring created for my husband of 44 years. My name, his children and grandchildren’s children’s names were engraved inside. The only problem will be who will inherit it. My husband said it was the best present he had ever received. I highly recommend Fast fix as an excellent jewerly store, and the excellent jeweler Sara.
