My recent visit to Fast Fix Baybrook left me overwhelmingly satisfied. From the common courtesy to the excellent customer service. I was informed that both of my watches would be fixed within 30 minutes. To my surprise, I received a text message approximately within 13 minutes stating that both watches are ready for me to pick up. Upon my arrival the service technician informed me that I have a lifetime battery replacement warranty that I forgot about. He was happy to inform me that I’ll have a decrease in my total amount due. The overall experience I had from Fast Fix Baybrook made this my #1 service shop…..Great job!

The clasp on my sterling silver Medic Alert bracelet was broken. I took it to Fast-Fix and they were able to repair it in about 2 hours. When I picked it up, it had been polished and looked brand new. Everyone working in the store were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely visit again and also refer my friends. Thank you!

I have been in the Fast-fix jewelry shop many times over the years. They always done excellent work. This time it was to fix my eyeglasses frame. As always fixed my glasses in time promised. Thank you for a excellent repair on my eyeglasses. I will be returning again for all my repairs.

Went to have battery changed on my Watch and I was told it was not my battery. So they did not charge me. They need to other repairs. So I thought that was fair. They didn’t charge me for anything and explain what needed. Be done again. Definitely, I would recommend them. I think they’re very honest to quick and very courteous.

They fixed, polished, and cleaned my Chino Link gold chain. Left it new! FAST service I was quoted an hour and a half to two hours, I was ok with that but their text message service notified the work was complete. It was less than 45 minutes. The Jewler even stepped out the back and inspected the fixes and explained the whole process and would it took to make my chain look like new again.
